We wanted to share some good news. The Grapevine ran a small story about the Head to Toe Drive in Friday’s paper. Thank you RC Grapevine for your support. Thank you also to FCUSD School Board Member Zak Ford and Cordova Neighborhood Church for becoming drop-off locations over this past week. This is really great news!!

The Project 680 Hoody Drive begins today, September 27, 2010 and will go through October 27, 2010. It’s our goal as a community to collect 680 hoodies for local homeless students in the Folsom Cordova Unified School District. We’d love to see individuals, businesses, churches, families, and organizations get involved in this grassroots effort.
Thank you to Cordova Neighborhood Church for becoming a drop-off location. Thank you to Cordova Church of Christ for putting a blurb in their bulletin for a couple of weeks. Thank you to Body Investment Studio for offering free yoga classes to donors.

We are pleased that Cordova Neighborhood Church showed our latest video at both of their church services this morning. We love to see local churches and other groups get involved to support homeless students in Rancho Cordova & Folsom. If you are part of the CNC family, we want to welcome you to our website and thank you for your generosity, past support, and any continued intention to find practical and meaningful ways to care for local students.
