Thank YOU for your partnership in the Hoody Drive

Tonight we had a team of folks together to handle some logisitcs for the beginning of the Project 680 Shoe Drive, and we took a quick video to say THANK YOU to everyone for your amazing support, encouragement, and partnership during the Project 680 Hoody Drive.

We are very pleased to announce that the Project 680 team (all of us) collected 735 hoodies!!! Yes, that’s right!!! Our goal of 680 hoodies was blown out of the water by local residents, churches, businesses, and organizations that took part in this tremendous effort. Thank you. Thank  you. Thank you. We sincerely appreciate your intentional compassion and for carrying the vision in your heart to meet some of the basic needs of homeless students. Who is Project 680? You are.

VSP reaches out to homeless students

Thank you Vision Service Plan (VSP) in Rancho Cordova for your support of the Project 680 Shoe Drive over the past several years. VSP employees have gone out of their way to support Project 680, and we really appreciate it. This year alone there were two employee bake sales led by VSP employee Sara Bolchi, and we are so grateful for the $1,284 that came in from these bake sales. 100% of these funds will go directly to purchasing new shoes for homeless students in the FCUSD in both Rancho Cordova and Folsom.

Way to go, VSP!!!

Rancho Cordova Soroptimists show their support again

We wanted to give a quick shout out to the Rancho Cordova Soroptimist Club for supporting Project 680 yet again. This time around the band of merry women donated 15 hoodies and helped with publicity too. Thank you to Sheryl Longsworth for shopping at Walmart in November when News 10 filmed us too.

We sincerely appreciate the support of these local all-star ladies.
